I have personally checked out and analyzed quite a few of the foreclosures for sale in the Sevierville, Gatlinburg, and Pigeon Forge areas. I like to take additional photos of the property, because most websites have a limit of about 15 pictures. This limited amount makes it difficult to get a true visual of the condition and size of the the property. I then make several notations as to the condition, location and special features that the home may have to offer.
Alot of our Buyers come from out of town and have a limited amount of time to shop for their dream home. As their agent, I try to do alot of extra research and photography ahead of time. I realize how precious time is and I prefer to find what the individual is looking for instead of what I have listed to sell.
